Computer engineering. Neuromorphic engineering.

I’m from Ankara. I studied computer engineering at Istanbul Technical University, then moved to Zürich. In 2008–2009, I worked on silicon retina and silicon cochlea systems at the Institute of Neuroinformatics, University of Zurich and ETH Zurich.

Before that, in November 2007, I reverse-engineered the iPhone and built Crossy, an accelerometer-driven snow globe app. The iPhone SDK and App Store didn’t exist yet.

02 / Pitcher · 2010–2025

From an iPad prototype to 10M+ ARR.

I founded Pitcher in 2010 and bootstrapped it into an enterprise B2B platform for field sales. I built the original iPad app, conversion engine and analytics engine, and led the company as CEO.

Pitcher found a new home with Crest Rock Partners in May 2022. I stayed on after the acquisition, first as CEO, then as Chief Innovation Officer until 2025.

Homegrown B2C apps.

Alexandra and I run AUGE as a family business. I build the apps; she looks after the business and tests what we make. We start with things we need at home: lyrics on smart glasses, training and health logging, a better video feed for my son, and private podcasts in the car.

• NAFA — training, nutrition and health logging with your own agent.
• Tellytide — a family video player built around the channels you pick.
• Roadcast — private podcast feeds in the car browser.
